Assessment Model
QHRM Certification – Marking SystemQHRM uses a balanced and practical assessment model to evaluate every certification candidate. The grading is divided into five components across all levels:

Attendance & Participation (10%)
- Minimum 85% attendance (at least 6 out of 7 sessions)
- Active participation in:
- Group discussions
- HR simulations
- Industry panel sessions

Practical HR System Implementation (25%)
Candidates must demonstrate operational skills using QHRM’s real HR software.
Level-Specific Tasks:- Level 1: Create and manage employee profiles, run recruitment workflows
- Level 2: Run payroll, manage performance reviews, analyze HR data
- Level 3: Execute strategic workforce planning, talent management, and HR reporting

Knowledge-Based Assessment (30%)
A final online exam with a minimum pass score of 70%.
Exam Breakdown:- MCQs (50%) – HR laws, digital HR, QHRM usage
- Scenario Questions (30%) – Real-world HR problem-solving
- Case Study Analysis (20%) – Apply HR strategies to business situations

Industry Project & HR Strategy Implementation (25%)
Candidates must submit a project based on real or simulated HR needs.
Level-Specific Focus:- Level 1: HR workflow analysis
- Level 2: Policy implementation or digital HR transformation
- Level 3: Business strategy proposal (e.g., restructuring, engagement plans)

Professional Conduct & Ethical Standards (10%)
Candidates must follow the QHRM Code of Ethics & HR Best Practices.
- Zero tolerance for plagiarism, dishonesty, or misconduct – violations lead to disqualification
Total Score: 100%
Certification is awarded to candidates who pass all components and meet conduct standards.
